Get Started as a ManeGait Volunteer
Welcome! We're so glad you've chosen to volunteer with ManeGait. Here's how to get involved:
Sidewalker Training: Required for volunteering in the arena or simulator with our riders. . Check the ManeGait Volunteer Portal under On-Site Volunteer Sidewalker Training for dates as they are posted — and check back often!
Barn Buddy Training: Sign up for a Barn Buddy Training session directly in the portal. Questions or can't find a date that works? Email jabajian@manegait.org.
General Volunteer Opportunities: Office, facilities, and marketing shifts — no training required. Browse available shifts in the portal under Office/Hospitality/Facilities.
Event Volunteers: ManeGait hosts signature events in the spring and fall. Shifts are posted in the portal under the event name as they become available.
