Amber and I were at ManeGait this morning. Even though it is sweltering out there everyone is so happy to be there. It is such a blessing to so many for so many different reasons! God's Love is all over that place!

I know you know this but I just had to tell you how wonderful it is to be involved. I am also enjoying being on the Gala Committee, thanks for asking me to help out.

Kyle started at MG in September 2009. He had really struggled in other therapies and I was concerned this might be one more thing that just did not work. Kyle rode in the horse show in May 2010 and I came to watch. WOW!! I saw a great show! MG is a beautiful facility, second only to Kyle riding tall. Teamed with Spud, Kyle has learned patience and shown confidence. I am so proud of him and look forward to lots more horse shows.

ManeGait taught me so many things and I enjoyed working! I always looked forward to Saturdays! I love the kids I helped and the other helpers there as well as the staff! I saw first hand progress with each kid and the happiness riding brought them.

I wish you all luck as you guys continue and will always remember the good times and special bonds made! There aren’t enough words to describe my personal experience but I learned so much!

At first it was a way to do service hours for school, but then it became more than that, deeper than that. I found out I just liked being there and I felt so good every time I would drive home afterwards!
